What if I'm just starting to try for a baby?
The nutrients that matter most for early development are needed before many people know they are pregnant — so starting our Pregnancy formula as soon as you begin trying is exactly right. A dedicated Preconception formula is on the way; until then, Prenatal Core is the right foundation.
Are these safe to take throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes. Every formula is created by doctors and dosed to ICMR-NIN reference ranges for Indian women, in clean, bioavailable forms. As with any supplement during pregnancy or lactation, we recommend keeping your doctor in the loop on everything you are taking.
Can I take more than one together?
Yes — our formulas are designed to work alongside each other. A common pairing is the core formula for your stage plus a targeted add-on (for example, Prenatal Core with Choline, or Postnatal Core with Aquamin Calcium). The doses are calibrated so they complement rather than overlap. If you are already taking prescribed supplements, check with your doctor so your overall intake stays balanced.
How is this different from a regular pharmacy prenatal?
Most off-the-shelf prenatals are built around Western reference ranges and use cheaper, harder-to-absorb forms of nutrients. Ours are calibrated to what Indian women actually need, use active, bioavailable forms, carry no unnecessary fillers, and disclose every ingredient and its source in full — right down to where it comes from.
