Our story
A place to be held, while you become.
Natal (&) Her began the way most quiet revolutions do — with two doctors, a pregnancy, and the unsettling realisation that Indian maternal nutrition had not kept pace with the science that should be guiding it.

Why we exist
Wanting more for your baby isn't asking too much.
When Dr. Sneha became pregnant, she did what came naturally — researched everything. But when she looked for high-quality supplements that actually catered to Indian pregnant women, she hit a wall. She ended up sourcing everything from the US, relying on friends and family who were travelling. Between pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding — that's two whole years of needing support. It felt wrong that access to the right nutrition could be that hard.
We saw that gap from both sides — as doctors, and as parents. Maternal nutrition science has never been richer, and yet Indian mothers were being handed the same generic formulas, the same bare minimums, the same advice that hadn't meaningfully evolved in decades. Natal (&) Her was built because believing that women deserve better is only meaningful if someone actually does something about it.
Two doctors. One pregnancy. And a gap that wouldn't let go.
The founders
Founder · Radiologist & Functional Medicine
Dr. Sneha Reddy is a radiologist and functional medicine practitioner who built this brand from lived experience. When she became pregnant, her clinical knowledge felt genuinely insufficient — not because the science wasn't there, but because none of it had reached Indian women in any usable form. Natal (&) Her is her commitment to closing that distance.
Co-founder · Paediatrician
Dr. Hari Krishna is a paediatrician whose years in child medicine led him to an unavoidable conclusion — a child's long-term health is shaped most decisively before they are even born. Maternal nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum is not background context. It is the foundation. Natal (&) Her is his commitment to every child he has ever wanted to give a better start.

The name
Two words, held together by a small, deliberate gesture.
Every part of the wordmark has a reason. The parentheses around the ampersand are not decorative — they are an embrace.
The body in motion — birth, beginning, the long arc of bringing a person into the world. We use it broadly: not only the day of, but the years around it.
The parentheses are the embrace. They hold a connection — between phases, between mother and self, between the science and the person taking it.
Not a category, a person. Every formula starts from a real woman in a real stage of her life, and works backward to the nutrients that earn their place.
What we hold to
Four quiet rules.
These aren't marketing pillars. They are the conditions a formula has to meet before it carries our name. If it fails one, we start again.
Doctor-founded
A clinician signs off, or it doesn't ship. Marketing teams don't get the last word here.
Stage-aware
A woman is not one thing for thirty years. Each stage deserves its own formula, not a relabel.
Clean Traceable Ingredients
If we can't explain why it's in the bottle, it isn't. Source, role, and quality documented before anything ships.
Made for Indian women
Dosing and ingredient selection reasoned for the bodies actually using the product — not borrowed from elsewhere.
The arc so far
A short company, with long intentions.
The question
Two doctors. One pregnancy. And a realisation that the science of maternal nutrition had moved far ahead of what Indian women were being offered.
First formulation
A pregnancy formula, designed from clinical reasoning rather than a category template. It became the prototype for everything since.
Natal (&) Her launched
Pregnancy and postpartum — four formulas, one consistent standard.
Preconception & menopause
The arc closes in both directions — the years before, and the long quieter chapter after.
