Most prenatal supplements omit choline entirely despite its critical role in fetal brain structure and placental function. We use VitaCholine®, a clinically studied form with documented bioavailability, at 225mg per serving — a quantity that makes a meaningful contribution to the recommended daily intake.

Good to know
Questions worth answering.
How many do I take, and when?
One daily dose, taken with food and water. Taking it alongside a meal helps absorption and is gentler on a sensitive stomach. Pick a time of day that is easy to remember and stick with it — consistency matters more than the exact hour.
Will it upset my stomach?
We formulated it to be kind to a sensitive stomach, which is one of the most common complaints during pregnancy. Taking it with food helps. If you are in the thick of morning sickness, taking it with your largest, settled meal of the day usually works best.
Is it suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. It is vegetarian, including the Vitamin D3, which is Vitashine — a plant-derived cholecalciferol sourced from lichen rather than the lanolin (wool grease) used in most conventional D3 supplements.
When is the best time to start taking it?
As early as you can. Ideally from the moment you start trying to conceive, since the nutrients that matter most for early development are needed before many people even know they are pregnant. If you are already pregnant, starting now is exactly right — it is never too late to give your body better support.
Can I take it alongside my other supplements or medication?
In most cases yes, but every pregnancy is different. If you are already on prescribed supplements or medication, we always recommend checking with your doctor so your overall intake stays balanced and right for you.
