Delivery areas

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines

Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3-4 business days. Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 75 applies to orders below this amount.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, write to hello@natalandher.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos where applicable.
